About this product
A 25mm 316 stainless steel frame carries the breathable, water-resistant ATLAS fabric. Marine-grade fittings, front nylon straps and solid stainless rear poles secure the top.
UV-bonded thread and double top-stitched seams join the fabric. When folded, the bimini canopy stows in its integrated storage boot.
An integrated storage boot is built into the underside of the canopy. When the top is retracted, the fabric packs into this attached cover instead of leaving loose canopy material aboard. Releasing the deck mounts allows the assembly to be taken off the boat when the seating or deck area needs to be cleared.
The kit includes the framework, canopy, crossbars and fittings needed to assemble the bimini. The screws or fasteners that fix the mounts to the boat are not supplied, because they must suit the boat’s mounting material. Oceansouth provides an installation guide covering frame assembly, canopy attachment and securing the fittings.
The rear support poles provide a place for the folded top to rest upright after the front straps are released. The canopy can be zipped into its storage boot in that position, or the frame can be folded down for a lower profile, following the supplied fitting instructions.
