How spending accumulates
Spend $60 on eligible products now and $40 on another order to earn a $5 reward. Spend $250 to earn $10 in rewards, with $50 carried towards your next reward. Spending progress below the next $100 threshold does not expire.
Eligible purchases
The programme starts with new orders placed from 21 October 2026; earlier orders do not earn rewards. It is available to registered customers shopping while signed in at rhsboating.com.au. Spending is calculated in Australian dollars on the amount actually paid for products, including GST, after all discounts and redeemed rewards. Shipping, payment fees and other non-product charges do not earn rewards.
When rewards become available
Eligible spending is credited after payment is verified and the order is dispatched or collected. An order marked Created, or an unpaid, cancelled or refunded order, does not by itself release rewards. Each full $100 of qualifying spending creates a $5 reward; any remaining spending carries forward.
Using and combining rewards
Available rewards can be combined and used towards products on a later order through the same customer account. Rewards do not cover shipping or fees and cannot reduce the product amount below zero. You can pay any remaining balance using an available payment method. Unused reward value stays in your account with its original expiry date. Rewards with the earliest expiry are used first. RHS Rewards cannot be combined with another coupon code on the same order. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or used at RHS Steel Supplies.
Expiry
Each issued reward is valid for 12 calendar months from its issue date. Its expiry date and time are shown in your rewards account. Using part of a reward does not extend its expiry, and expired rewards are not renewed. Spending progress that has not yet become a reward continues to carry forward.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Qualifying spending and rewards are adjusted when purchases are cancelled or refunded. If rewards from a refunded purchase have already been spent, the resulting reward adjustment is offset against future rewards; it is not a separate payment demand. If an order using rewards is cancelled, the unused entitlement is returned with its original expiry, subject to any refund adjustment. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid. These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your account and privacy
Keep using the same account so your spending and rewards accumulate correctly. Rewards are personal to that account and are not transferable. We use your order and account information to administer the programme. Joining rewards does not subscribe you to marketing emails. See our privacy policy for more information.
