This full-length Oceansouth cover protects the Honda outboard during storage and trailering. It fits BF175/ BF200/ BF225 - V6 3.5L (2010 onwards), with a 762mm (30") shaft.
About this product
The 340g/m² ATLAS marine fabric provides a water-resistant, breathable outer layer over the outboard. Its coating offers UV protection, while a soft felt lining separates the outer fabric from the motor finish. Double stitching reinforces the seams for repeated handling.
The full-length shape covers the cowling and lower motor section. An elasticised hem follows the engine-mount area, and a heavy-duty No. 10 marine zip closes around the skeg. This is a full motor cover rather than a cowling-only cover, so the shaft length in the selected configuration forms part of the fit. A twin-rope cleat provides tightening at the hem.
The full-length design is for an inactive motor, not for use as a vented running cover. The listed engine model and production-year range identify the corresponding outboard fitment.
The full cover can fit over the matching Oceansouth vented or cowling storage cover already on the engine, so that inner cover need not be removed for storage or trailering. For the full-cover size, shaft length is measured vertically from the top of the transom to the cavitation plate; it is distinct from the overall height of the motor.
