Oceansouth Folding Stainless Steel Boat Radar Arch – Adjustable MA 009
Oceansouth Folding Stainless Steel Boat Radar Arch – Adjustable
An adjustable boat arch for carrying lights, instruments and fishing accessories above the deck.
About this product
The arch uses 32mm 316 stainless-steel tubing with marine-grade nylon connectors and mounts. Four supplied deck mounts attach the structure at the gunwales, with the frame adjustable to a maximum height of 1.10m and a boat beam up to 2.2m.
Seven mounting plates provide positions for accessories: two on the port side, two on starboard and three overhead. They can carry suitable navigation lights, aerials, flags, fishing equipment or other navigation accessories, keeping the mounting points above the working area.
Unscrewing either the two forward or the two rear universal base mounts allows the arch to fold down onto the gunwales. This provides a lower position for storage rather than requiring the frame to remain upright at all times.
Alternative rail mounts are available separately for fixing the arch to existing horizontal 25mm rails. Additional navigation-light mounts and fishing-rod holders can also be purchased for the 32mm tubing. The optional holders are what turn the arch into a rod-storage arrangement; fishing rods and electronic equipment are not supplied with the bare arch kit.
