Jabsco Amazon Warrior 38mm Marine Manual Bilge Pump - 136 L/min - J30-101

This Jabsco Amazon hand-operated pump provides a way to remove bilge water without relying on an electric motor or a live battery circuit. It can be considered when planning a manual pumping position or replacing an existing unit. The body arrangement, hose ports and handle access are important selection points, particularly in a confined cockpit or machinery space.

Corrosion-resistant manual bilge pump with nitrile rubber diaphragm and removable stainless steel handle. Heavy-duty double-action dual-diaphragm design in polyester-coated marine-grade aluminium. On-deck mounting, or through-deck with optional kit and underdeck bracket. Suitable for bilge and holding-tank pump-out.

Choosing and using this product

Choose a mounting location where the operator can reach and move the handle comfortably. Check the space behind the mounting surface, the available hose route and access to service the diaphragm and valves. Through-deck and on-deck arrangements need different fittings, so confirm which installation parts are supplied with this exact model before cutting or drilling any surface.

The stated output is an up-to figure rather than a promise of the flow achieved in every boat. The operator’s pumping rate, suction lift and resistance in the hose system affect delivery. Use the manufacturer’s guidance to select the hose arrangement and strainers, and have any below-waterline connections assessed by a marine professional. Avoid sharp bends or a layout that makes the pump difficult to inspect.

Test the finished installation with water and practise using the handle before it is needed on a trip. Keep the removable handle in a secure, accessible place and include the pump in routine maintenance checks. Inspect hoses, clamps and mounting points for deterioration, and match service parts by the Jabsco model number rather than by appearance alone.
