This bilge-pump control panel provides a clearly identified operating point for a compatible marine pumping system. Check the front-panel dimensions against the available dashboard or bulkhead area, then allow room behind it for terminals, cable bends and service access. A panel’s outside dimensions do not establish the size of its cut-out. Confirm the mounting and wiring details from the current instructions before making a new opening or altering an existing one.

Automatic operation depends on the rest of the pump system being correctly configured. A control panel does not itself detect rising water unless the product description specifically says so. Match it to the pump and any separate float switch or sensor, and ensure that each electrical rating is suitable for the load. Use a qualified marine installer to check circuit protection and the final wiring arrangement.

Once fitted, test each available operating mode with the connected equipment and verify that any indicator behaves as intended. Keep the controls visible and accessible, and make their operation familiar to everyone who regularly uses the boat.
