RGBW Marine Waterproof LED Strip Light, 12V 0.5W, 108mm Surface Mount, RWB7824

The RGBW version brings a choice of coloured and white output to a compact, fixed-length marine strip-light fitting. It belongs to the rigid surface-mounted range, with a formed housing and end fastenings rather than a cut-to-length adhesive strip. Use it where the installation calls for a defined, tidy light fitting and check the switching arrangement before purchase; the catalogue does not identify an included colour controller.

Choosing and using this product

Lay out the light position before drilling, checking that locker lids, doors and loose gear cannot strike the housing. For courtesy lighting, direct the light towards a surface or walkway rather than straight into the eyes of someone entering the space. For a decorative colour, consider how it appears alongside existing cabin and instrument lighting. This is a rigid, complete fitting and should not be shortened like a flexible LED tape. Use the supplied gasket and route the wire through the intended channel without pinching it under a fastening. The short attached leads need a suitable protected connection to the boat’s wiring; the sealed light does not waterproof an exposed join. Confirm the supply voltage and the required switching or colour-control arrangement before connecting it. Where more than one fitting is being used, position them together first so the spacing is consistent and the wiring can be supported neatly. Test the result in darkness before finalising the installation.
