Nuova Rade Diablo Fuel, Water & Waste Tank - 60L | RHS Boating & Marine

CE-approved non-toxic, fuel-resistant HDPE tank. Suitable for petrol, diesel, ethanol-blended fuel, fresh water or waste with the appropriate separately supplied hatch lid.

The Nuova Rade Diablo system uses a common tank body with a separately selected hatch assembly, allowing the installation to be configured for its intended liquid service.

Choosing and using this product

Decide the tank’s permanent purpose before selecting the lid and plumbing. Use the red fuel arrangement for the specified fuels, blue for fresh water or the appropriate brown waste assembly. A body suitable for several uses should not be taken as permission to switch a previously contaminated fuel or waste installation into drinking-water service.

Check the tank length, width and body height against the available space, then allow the additional height required by the hatch fittings. Leave room to remove the lid and service the connections. Plan the route through the boat as well as the final position, because a tank must pass through the access opening before it can be secured.

Choose hoses, fittings, vents and any sender to suit the selected liquid and installation. The tank body is supplied separately from the hatch assembly, so include the correct lid when planning a complete system. A qualified marine installer should assess fuel and waste plumbing where there is uncertainty about safe routing, support or connection details.

Support the tank on an appropriate surface and restrain it against movement without obstructing access. Consider the load when full rather than the empty body alone. Inspect the lid seal and hose joints after installation and keep the service identity clearly marked. Periodic checks are easier when the fittings remain visible and the surrounding compartment is kept clean.
