Marine Three-Rod Vertical Storage Rack in White Plastic with Tool Slots

The RWB2805 is a three-rod vertical storage rack for use on board or at home. Its white plastic construction is UV inhibited, and the clip-together design provides the rack arrangement shown in the catalogue. Flared tube tops guide rods into the holders, while tube slots support the reels. Additional slots in the bracket provide storage positions for a knife and tools. It is a useful way to plan a defined rod-storage area, particularly when rods and frequently used fishing tools would otherwise be left loose around a cockpit or garage.

Choosing and using this product

Choose the mounting position using the longest rod you intend to store and allow clearance above it for removal. Check reel spacing with the actual rods, since handle and reel sizes can affect how comfortably all three positions are used. Keep rod tips clear of overhead fittings and leave the knife and tool slots accessible without reaching across exposed hooks. The catalogue does not state overall rack dimensions or tube bore, so confirm those measurements if space is limited or the rods have large butt grips. Select a secure mounting arrangement suitable for the supporting surface.

Assemble the clip-together parts correctly and check that the rack is supported and attached before loading it. Position sharp tools so their edges are controlled and they cannot fall into a walkway; consider separate safe stowage when travelling. Before putting rods away, secure loose hooks and terminal tackle and check that reels do not press against neighbouring rods. Rinse salt from the rack and allow stored equipment to dry where practical. Inspect the holders and fastenings periodically, especially on a boat that is trailered or used in rough conditions. A storage rack organises equipment, but the way rods are restrained for travel should be assessed separately for the installation. Avoid forcing oversized handles or rod sections into a position that could bend the rod or damage the support.
