Marine 360 Degree Plug-In Anchor Light Alloy Pole 1000mm 12V 10W RWB1653

This 1000mm plug-in anchor light provides an all-round light from a anodised aluminium pole and a black nylon two-pin plug-in base. The conventional-bulb design uses a 12V, 10W lamp, making bulb specification part of normal servicing and replacement. The pole removes from the plug-in base, making it easier to store when the light is not needed. Choose the pole arrangement to suit the boat’s layout rather than assuming that every anchor light has the same mounting or storage requirements.

Choosing and using this product

Before fitting, assess the operating position with the boat’s normal equipment in place, including covers, rails and other items that could obstruct the light. Check that the selected height works with that layout and have the installer confirm the lighting arrangement is appropriate for the vessel. Follow the supplied fitting information for the mounting pattern, wiring and circuit protection. Do not assume an existing base or socket accepts this pole simply because it looks similar. Make sure the removable pole is fully seated and retained whenever the light is being used. Keep the lens clean and check operation before setting out. Inspect the base, cable connections and pole during routine maintenance, particularly after equipment changes around the mounting position. When the pole is removed, store it where the lens and electrical contacts are protected, and close any provided base cover. Check the cable entry for sharp edges and allow sufficient wiring slack for the intended movement or maintenance access without leaving the cable unsupported.
