The Manta RWB1970 combines a white nylon bait board with a heavy-duty 316-grade stainless steel frame and two stainless rod holders. A welded locking collar and large wing nut attach the station to a 51mm outside-diameter ski pole, allowing removal or repositioning when the layout needs to change. The cutting surface has a large lip surround and is smaller than the complete frame footprint. It is a straightforward option for boats with an appropriate existing pole and enough room around the stern for a dedicated bait-preparation station.

Choosing and using this product

Measure the actual pole outside diameter and check its condition and support before choosing a mounting height. Trial-position the 600 x 440mm station so the board can be reached comfortably without interfering with motor tilt, steering, transom access or other equipment. Include rods and reels in the clearance check, rather than measuring the empty frame alone. Confirm that the wing nut can be reached for normal removal. When refitting after storage, check the collar seating and tighten the mounting arrangement appropriately before loading the board. The RWB1964 board is the listed replacement when the cutting surface needs renewal.

After use, clean bait residue from the cutting surface and rinse the frame and mounting points with fresh water. Pay attention to joints and areas beneath the board where salt and debris can collect. Inspect the mounting connection before each outing and after relocating the station. Keep sharp tools stowed when they are not being used, and assess whether rods or other loose equipment need separate restraint while travelling. For long-term care, use cleaning products appropriate for nylon and stainless steel and avoid leaving abrasive or corrosive residue on either surface.
