Manta Marine Replacement Nylon Bait Cutting Board 830 x 310mm with Lip Rim RWB1969
Manta Marine Replacement Nylon Bait Cutting Board 830 x 310mm with Lip Rim
The Manta RWB1969 is the long white nylon replacement cutting board for the RWB1993 extra heavy duty folding bait station. Measuring 830 x 310mm, it provides the specified work-surface size for that large station and has a large lip surround. It is a practical spare when the stainless frame and folding legs remain serviceable but the board needs renewal. The catalogue also lists these replacement boards for general use, so the long, relatively shallow shape can be considered for another securely supported cutting location.
Choosing and using this product
Use the cutting-board dimensions when checking fit: the complete RWB1993 station measures 1020 x 450mm, so its outside footprint is substantially larger than the board. Inspect the old board profile and frame supports before ordering. Clean the supporting surfaces and check for distortion or loose fittings before installing the replacement. A board of this length should be supported properly rather than left bridging unsuitable gaps. When planning a separate installation, allow enough standing room and access along the working edge without blocking lockers, walkways or stern equipment. This part is the cutting board only; the large station is a separate product.
For best day-to-day use, seat the board securely before cutting and keep knives controlled whenever the boat moves. Clean the surface, edges and underside after preparing bait, rinse away cleaning residue and allow the board to dry before storage. Check the lip and working surface for cracking or deep wear during cleaning. Choose a replacement when damage makes the board difficult to keep clean or prevents it seating properly. If the board is also used for food preparation, keep bait handling separate and follow suitable cleaning practices between tasks.
