Lalizas Classic N12 Marine Port Navigation Light - Black Vertical Mount

The Lalizas Classic N12 port light is a conventional-bulb option for maintaining a straightforward marine lighting installation. This is the port member of the range, selected for the corresponding side of the vessel. It allows a damaged or ageing fitting to be replaced individually, and can also form part of a new matched installation. Check the starboard fitting separately when planning both sides of the boat. Its replaceable bulb provides a familiar servicing approach, and the moulded housing combines a robust body with an acrylic lens. Matching the complete fitting to the existing installation is still important, particularly where another series has previously been used.

Choosing and using this product

Offer the fitting up to the intended upright surface before drilling. Check that the body can sit squarely, that the cable can pass into a protected route, and that nearby trim will not interfere with the lens. Do not assume that an old screw pattern will suit a different light family. Confirm that the replacement is the port version before ordering; a similar housing does not make the two sidelights interchangeable. Check the bulb rating when keeping spares aboard and inspect the contacts and seal during servicing. If the old light is a different family, compare its mounting arrangement rather than assuming a direct replacement.
