This gunmetal bronze hose tail connects a 1 1/4 inch male BSP thread to a 32mm barbed hose end. It is intended to bridge the threaded and flexible-hose parts of a matched marine plumbing assembly. The 90-degree elbow changes the direction of the hose connection close to the threaded component. This can be useful when the hose needs to turn rather than leave a valve in a straight line.
