The Bluefin Firefly flush-mount floodlight provides cool white lighting in a compact polished stainless steel fitting. It is designed for use above the waterline, with a sealed LED unit, toughened optical glass lens and solid 316L stainless steel casing. The cool-white version is suited to an installation where a crisp white light is the intended lighting choice. Select this product for its flush mounting arrangement as well as its colour; the Firefly family includes other mounting styles that should not be treated as identical replacements. Its compact rectangular format allows the installer to consider deck, cockpit, spreader or swim-platform lighting positions without choosing a large lamp body.

Choosing and using this product

Check the intended lighting area from the normal viewing and working positions before deciding where to mount the fitting. Avoid aiming light into the operator’s eyes or creating reflections that interfere with visibility. For this flush-mount version, confirm the required opening and clearance behind the panel from the current installation template before cutting. The published body dimensions describe the lamp and should not be substituted for an unverified mounting-hole or cut-out dimension. Plan the cable connection around the supplied short leads and protect the circuit as instructed. If several lights are fitted, check their combined demand and choose consistent colours where an even appearance matters. The ingress protection rating does not make this an underwater light: keep its installation above the waterline. After wiring, test the beam coverage and inspect the completed mounting and connections. Retain access for cleaning the glass and checking the fitting during normal maintenance.
