Heavy-duty stainless steel adjustable wiper arm with bend-back feature for cleaning. Built-in black PVC hose feeds four adjustable solid-brass spray nozzles. Use with AFI washer system and Premier blades.

This wet arm combines the wiping support and washer delivery path in one assembly. It is a useful choice when setting up a windscreen that needs washing as well as rain and spray removal, particularly where dried salt can build up between trips. The adjustable nozzles allow the spray direction to be set around the usable glass area after installation.

Choose the arm length with the motor position, blade length and windscreen dimensions in mind. Check the motor capacity before deciding on the final adjustment, and match the arm with a suitable Premier blade. The washer system also needs to be planned as part of the installation, including the route from the supply hose to the arm and enough clearance for movement throughout the sweep.

For general setup, isolate the wiper supply before fitting or adjusting components. Establish the motor park position, set the arm reach and check that the complete blade stays clear of frames and catches. Route the washer hose so it can move naturally with the arm without being pinched or pulled tight. Follow the relevant motor and washer instructions when connecting the system.

Once assembled, test the washer spray and wiping movement together on wet glass. Adjust the nozzle direction so fluid reaches the area being wiped, then inspect for hose interference at both ends of travel. The bend-back feature is useful when cleaning the windscreen and inspecting the wiping edge. Periodic checks of the hose, nozzle openings and blade condition help keep the whole washing arrangement ready for use.

The standard 380-500mm layout is a useful starting point for a conventional arm installation. Compare the intended working length with the motor rating before selecting the blade.
