AAA Marine Folding LED 360 Degree Anchor Light Stainless Pole 250mm 12V RWB1918

This 250mm folding anchor light provides an all-round light from a stainless steel pole and a black nylon ratchet-adjustable base. The LED light unit avoids a conventional replaceable bulb in this fitting, and the model is intended for a dedicated 12V boat-lighting circuit. The ratchet or toothed mounting arrangement allows the pole to fold down when clearance or storage is needed, then return to its operating position. Choose the pole arrangement to suit the boat’s layout rather than assuming that every anchor light has the same mounting or storage requirements.

Choosing and using this product

Before fitting, assess the operating position with the boat’s normal equipment in place, including covers, rails and other items that could obstruct the light. Check that the selected height works with that layout and have the installer confirm the lighting arrangement is appropriate for the vessel. Follow the supplied fitting information for the mounting pattern, wiring and circuit protection. Do not assume an existing base or socket accepts this pole simply because it looks similar. Make sure the pole is fully raised and its locking adjustment is secure whenever the light is being used. Keep the lens clean and check operation before setting out. Inspect the base, cable connections and pole during routine maintenance, particularly after equipment changes around the mounting position. When checking the fitting, look for loose fasteners or damage that could alter the intended position of the light. Check the cable entry for sharp edges and allow sufficient wiring slack for the intended movement or maintenance access without leaving the cable unsupported.
