White Polypropylene 20mm Double-Ended Bulkhead Hose Connector 125mm for Boat Use

This double-ended hose connector provides a through-bulkhead connection for 20mm (3/4 inch) hose. Made from white polypropylene, it has an overall length of 125mm and is intended to provide a watertight transition through a bulkhead or tank wall when correctly installed. Having hose connections on both sides lets the hose run be planned around the separating panel rather than passing an unsupported hose through an open hole. The overall length and hose size are useful starting points for selection, but they do not define the permitted panel thickness or required cut-out. Those mounting dimensions must be checked against the actual fitting and the wall through which it will pass.

Choosing and using this product

Measure the hose internal diameter on both sides of the proposed connection and confirm that each is suitable for the 20mm hose ends. Check the wall thickness, retaining arrangement and access available on each side before preparing a hole. Allow enough space within the 125mm overall fitting envelope for the hose connections and fastening points without forcing either hose into a sharp bend. Use assembly and sealing methods compatible with polypropylene and the bulkhead or tank material, and obtain the correct mounting dimensions before drilling. For a tank installation, confirm the intended fluid, service conditions and any applicable material requirements with the tank or equipment supplier. The description of a watertight transition does not establish a pressure rating or approval for every tank application. Support the connected hoses so their weight and movement do not pull against the wall fitting. After installation, inspect both hose ends and the bulkhead seal for leakage using the appropriate system test. Keep the fitting accessible for inspection, cleaning and eventual hose replacement.
