20mm Livebait Oxygenator Spray Valve with Five Jets for Marine Use - RWB32

20mm Livebait Oxygenator Spray Valve with Five Jets. The oxygenator spray valve is intended for use with a Rule pump in a livebait tank. Five variable-flow jets provide directional control of the incoming water, while an on/off control allows the spray to be stopped at the valve. Its purpose is to help restore oxygen to static tank water through the spray arrangement. The hose connection suits 20mm hose. It is a useful component when arranging a livebait water delivery point and adjusting where the incoming water is directed inside the tank.

Choosing and using this product

Check the pump outlet, connecting hose and mounting position before choosing this valve. The hose size needs to match the intended connection without being forced over an unsuitable fitting. Position the spray so its direction can be adjusted and the control remains accessible during use. Allow space around the jets and check that the spray reaches the intended part of the tank without unnecessarily wetting surrounding equipment. The valve is one part of a livebait system: tank size, pump operation, water renewal and the load of bait all affect the result. Follow the pump manufacturer's installation guidance and assess the complete system rather than relying on a valve alone to maintain suitable conditions. After fitting, run the pump and check the hose joint, spray pattern and on/off operation. Adjust the jets with the system in its normal operating arrangement. Keep the jets clear of debris and inspect the hose connection as part of routine livebait-tank maintenance. Before changing or disconnecting plumbing, switch off the pump and make the work area safe. Recheck the spray after cleaning or repositioning the valve, especially if nearby equipment has been moved.
