Warm White Marine High-Power LED Cabin Light, 12V/24V, 300 Lumens, 130mm

This circular cabin light is a warm-white option for an interior space that needs a substantial general light rather than a small courtesy marker. Its diffusing lens and white body can be worked into a simple cabin fit-out, with the surface-mounted format avoiding a deep recessed lamp body. It is useful to consider as part of the main cabin lighting layout, while a separate switched circuit determines how the light is controlled. Choose the position around the occupied area and the surfaces that need illumination.

Choosing and using this product

Assess the proposed location from the table, berth or working position before fixing the light in place. A central ceiling position can provide broad coverage, but cupboards and other cabin structures may still create shadows. Check that the mounting surface is suitable and that a cable can be routed without being trapped beneath the body. Plan an accessible separate switch or an appropriate existing lighting circuit, since this version does not include local switching. Confirm the wiring and circuit-protection requirements from the supplied instructions rather than assuming them from the brightness figure. Do not infer dimming compatibility from another model in the same range; if brightness control is essential, verify a suitable light-and-control combination before purchase. Keep electrical connections supported and available for future inspection. Use the fitting in a protected interior position unless a separate exterior specification is confirmed. After installation, test the light with the cabin furnishings in place and check reflections towards windows and instruments. Where a separate reading light already serves a berth, place this general light to fill the surrounding area rather than directing both fittings at the same spot.
