This warm-white interior light provides a compact, finished fitting for a boat cabin where the visible trim is part of the overall appearance. The trim ring covers the fixing area, giving the installation a cleaner look than exposed screw heads. It is a useful style to consider when fitting several matching lights or replacing an older interior lamp, provided the mounting opening and supply are compatible. Choose the exact trim and mounting arrangement around the cabin lining, with enough room for the light body and its wiring behind the visible face.

Choosing and using this product

Inspect the mounting surface and the space behind it before marking an opening. The overall diameter, lens diameter and recessed depth describe different parts of the fitting, so none should be substituted for a confirmed cut-out dimension. Use the supplied instructions and the actual light to check the required hole and fastening positions. If choosing the version with a surface spacer, allow for the resulting projection and check that it will not obstruct a hatch or locker. Plan a separate switch or suitable existing lighting circuit, as local switching is not built into this fitting. Keep connections accessible and protect the wiring from sharp panel edges. The sealed LED unit should not be read as an unspecified exterior or underwater approval; use the light in an appropriate interior location. Assess the light spacing and reflections with the cabin in use, particularly around glossy tables or instrument screens. Test the circuit before refitting trim or closing access panels.
