Deluxe Outboard Fuel Line - 10mm x 2.1m - Universal (RWB4696) is a replacement or installation option for the matching marine system. Reinforced UV- and petrol-resistant hose with large high-flow rubber primer bulb and hose clamps. Not recommended for diesel or ethanol-blended fuel.

Hose inside diameter: 10mm (3/8 inch). Overall length: 2.1m. Bulb and hose only; no motor connectors.

Choosing and using this product

Before selecting a fuel line, check the hose inside diameter, the connection type at each end and the fuel you intend to use. An assembly supplied without connectors needs separately matched fittings for the tank and engine. Check the actual engine model and existing tank connection rather than assuming that every fitting sold for one outboard brand is the same. The hose and primer bulb must also suit the installation as a complete system.

Plan the route with the tank secured in its normal position and the engine able to move through its required steering range. The line should not be stretched, pinched or pulled across a sharp edge. Allow enough slack for movement while keeping loose hose away from controls and walking areas. If an overall length is specified, measure the full route before ordering rather than relying on the straight distance between tank and engine.

Follow the engine and fuel-system instructions for the direction and position of the primer bulb, hose attachment and priming procedure. Check any flow marking on the components before installation. Keep the fuel connections clean and inspect the retained mating fittings for damaged seals or locking parts. Carry out the work with ignition sources removed and suitable containment available for any fuel released.

Before starting the engine, confirm that all connectors are properly engaged and inspect the line while priming. Stop if fuel leaks, a fitting will not latch or the hose shows damage. Recheck the assembly during routine maintenance and after the tank is moved. Fuel compatibility must apply to every part of the line; replacing the hose alone does not upgrade the rating of an existing bulb or connector.
