A brass jiggler siphon starts liquid transfer by moving its inlet head rather than drawing liquid into the hose by mouth.

Choosing and using this product

Place the receiving container below the source liquid level and support both containers so they cannot tip. Check that the hose reaches without stretching or kinking and that the brass end can remain in the source liquid. The stated hose diameter is the inside diameter, so compare it with the space available through the container opening.

Follow the included instructions to move the brass end vertically up and down until flow begins. Keep the outlet securely inside the receiving container and remain present throughout transfer. A siphon relies on the difference in liquid levels; it is not a powered pump and should not be expected to lift liquid into a higher container.

For fuel transfer, use suitable containers in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources, and follow the fuel supplier’s handling instructions. Anti-static hose does not remove all fuel-handling risks. Never start the flow by mouth, and avoid using the same hose for drinking water after it has carried fuel or other contaminants.

Watch the receiving level continuously and stop before overfilling. Plan how to stop the flow before starting, keeping the source and outlet accessible. Drain and store the hose according to the liquid handled, with appropriate precautions for remaining fuel. Inspect for cracking, hardening, loose connections or contamination before the next use and replace damaged components rather than risking a spill.

Keep the product identification with the boat’s maintenance records and check the installation after the first use. If the intended arrangement differs from the supplied instructions, resolve the compatibility question before putting the equipment into service.
