## 1. Australia-Wide Shipping

RHS Boating & Marine offers delivery of eligible boating and marine products to customers throughout Australia using Australia Post.

Our range includes marine hardware, boat anchors, ropes, trailer accessories, electrical equipment, boating supplies and other marine products.

Shipping availability depends on product size, weight, classification and destination.

## 2. Delivery Locations

We deliver to eligible addresses across Australia, including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

Delivery to remote areas, islands and certain regional locations may be subject to additional restrictions or charges.

Availability of delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers depends on the shipping service and suitability of the product.

International shipping is not routinely offered unless separately agreed.

## 3. Australia Post Services

Eligible orders are dispatched using available Australia Post services.

The shipping method offered may depend on the destination, product type, dimensions and weight.

Where available, customers may be offered standard or express delivery.

Express delivery is not available for every product or destination.

## 4. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are generally calculated according to the products ordered and the delivery destination.

Factors affecting freight charges include:

- Actual parcel weight.
- Volumetric or cubic weight.
- Parcel dimensions.
- Delivery postcode.
- Number of parcels required.
- Applicable Australia Post service charges.

Shipping charges will be displayed or confirmed before the order is finalised.

If an order cannot be shipped at the displayed rate because of an unusual size, weight or transport restriction, we will contact the customer before proceeding with any additional charge.

## 5. Order Processing

We aim to process orders as promptly as reasonably practicable after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times depend on product availability, supplier lead times, order volume and any special handling requirements.

Orders placed on weekends or NSW public holidays may not begin processing until the next business day.

Where a product is unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will advise the customer of any material delay and available options.

## 6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on Australia Post services, the dispatch location and the destination.

Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout, through order communications or by Australia Post are indicative unless expressly guaranteed.

Regional and remote deliveries may take longer than metropolitan deliveries.

If a delay becomes significant, please contact us so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this section excludes our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

## 7. Tracking Your Order

Where Australia Post tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Customers can use the tracking reference to monitor parcel progress through Australia Post.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created.

## 8. Oversized, Heavy and Restricted Products

Some marine products may exceed Australia Post's permitted parcel dimensions or weight restrictions.

Examples may include large anchors, oversized trailer components, long marine hardware and certain bulky equipment.

Australia Post's general domestic parcel limits include a maximum weight of 22 kg and a maximum length of 105 cm, subject to applicable service conditions.

Where an item is unsuitable for Australia Post, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative approved delivery method or another appropriate outcome.

We will not substitute a more expensive shipping service without first obtaining the customer's agreement.

## 9. Dangerous and Restricted Goods

Certain marine products may be classified as dangerous, restricted or unsuitable for standard postal services.

Examples may include:

- Marine batteries and some lithium battery products.
- Flares and pyrotechnic safety equipment.
- Flammable paints, solvents and chemicals.
- Aerosol products.
- Fuel-related liquids and certain chemical treatments.

These items will only be dispatched where an appropriate lawful transport service is available.

Additional packing, handling or delivery requirements may apply.

We will not knowingly lodge prohibited goods through an unsuitable Australia Post service.

## 10. Multiple Parcels and Split Deliveries

An order containing multiple items may be dispatched in more than one parcel.

This may occur because products differ in size, packaging requirements or availability.

Where an order requires separate deliveries, we will provide relevant information where reasonably practicable.

Additional charges will not be imposed after purchase without the customer's agreement.

## 11. Delivery Addresses

Where this occurs, we will contact the customer to discuss redelivery or another appropriate resolution.

Additional delivery costs may apply where a failed delivery results from inaccurate information provided by the customer, provided those costs are reasonable and lawfully recoverable.

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

## 13. Missing, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

Change-of-mind returns are handled under our 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy.
