    ### White Narrow Marine Polypropylene Flush Rod Holder, 30 Degree Shaft 225mm

The RWB1776 is a white UV-stabilised polypropylene rod holder with a narrow head for flush mounting on a boat gunwale. Its bevelled head edge gives a low-profile finish, while a moulded gimbal is built into the shaft base. This version has a 30-degree angled shaft and 40mm inside diameter. Check those details carefully when choosing between similar-looking narrow-head holders.

### Choosing and using this product

The 58mm head width is helpful when assessing a narrow gunwale, but check the full 87mm length and the fastening positions too. The matching narrow-head straight version has a 43mm bore, so these variants should not be treated as identical apart from angle. Measure the rod butt and consider the direction in which the rod tip needs to point.

Before cutting, inspect the space below the mounting surface and check for wiring, hoses and structural members. Allow clearance for the complete shaft and for the rod to be inserted and withdrawn. Trial-position the fitting with a rod and reel to check nearby seats, rails and canopy supports. Use the actual product to confirm the final cut-out and hole pattern.

Select appropriate fasteners and backing for the boat material. Tighten carefully so the polypropylene head sits evenly without distortion. The moulded gimbal should be checked with the rod butt to ensure it can seat correctly. Do not use the holder as a handhold or step. After use, rinse away salt, bait residue and grit, and inspect the head and mounting points for damage or movement. Replace a cracked fitting rather than trying to compensate by tightening it further.

The white finish can be selected to coordinate with an existing white deck or other white fittings.
