Waterline Mercury Quick Connect Fuel Hose Fitting to suit 3/8” Hose
Match the connection on your outboard fuel system with this Waterline quick-connect hose fitting. Product 350885 is intended for Mercury 1998-onward connector-style applications, with a 3/8 inch hose connection.
This hose-side connector is sized for 3/8 inch hose. Check the mating fitting as well as the hose diameter, because an engine brand can use different connector generations.
The specified application is Mercury 1998-onward connector-style applications. Pay particular attention to the year range when replacing a connector on an older motor.
Choosing and using this product
This is a targeted replacement purchase, so keep the parent equipment reference beside the part number while checking the order. If several similar assemblies are fitted aboard, identify the relevant position as well. That distinction helps ensure the part is ordered for the equipment actually being serviced.
Retain the part code and any compatible equipment references with the boat’s maintenance records. That makes later filter or hose replacements easier to identify. When several engines or tanks are involved, label spare parts so different connector styles are not confused.
For a tank, check the available space and access for filling, removal and hose routing. For a filter or replacement element, identify the existing assembly and its service requirements. A replacement element is different from a complete filter head and bowl.
For this version, format: quick-connect hose fitting. Use that specific detail when comparing the item with your existing equipment or planned installation. Other sizes and configurations in the range should be checked separately rather than treated as equivalent.
Review the listed contents before planning the job. A connector, hose assembly, primer bulb and tank each cover a different part of the system. Determine which adjoining components are already present and which are expressly included with this product.
