    ### Tridon 52-55mm Stainless T-Bolt Hose Clamp with 20mm Solid Band for Marine Use

This Australian-made Tridon T-bolt hose clamp is sized for a clamping diameter from 52mm to 55mm. The TTBS52-55P model is intended for extra-heavy-duty applications where large tightening forces are required. It uses an all-stainless construction with a solid 20mm-wide band, 0.7mm band thickness and a rolled edge intended to help prevent hose damage. Tightening is provided by a high-tensile 316 grade stainless steel hex-head bolt, sized M6 x 55mm. The specified clamping range refers to the outside diameter around the assembled hose connection, rather than the hose internal diameter. Choosing the correct range matters because this style has a defined adjustment window. Check the actual joint diameter and the space available for the band and bolt before selecting this version for a marine hose installation.

### Choosing and using this product

Measure the hose over the fitting at the intended clamp position and confirm that the assembled diameter lies within 52-55mm. Allow room for the 20mm band to sit squarely on the supported hose section, with clearance around the M6 x 55mm bolt for installation and later tightening. Position the clamp according to the hose and fitting instructions, keeping it clear of an unsupported hose end or an unsuitable step in the fitting. The rolled band edge is a construction feature; careful positioning and correct tightening are still required to protect the hose.
