    ### Swivel Head Block - Type SINGLE

This lightweight swivel-head block is supplied in the sheave configuration below. Single, double and double-with-becket versions are separate models, with PVC or stainless-steel sheaves specified by product code.

Match the sheave arrangement and dimensions to the existing line path and installation space. The A dimension is retained as a measurement, not reinterpreted as a maximum rope diameter. Check the complete block geometry and required connection before selecting a replacement.

The TDL figure below is not a stated working load limit. Confirm the required rating for the complete application before using this fitting in a load-critical arrangement.

### Choosing and using this product

Plan access for assembly, adjustment and routine inspection. The connection should be arranged so adjoining parts do not prevent its intended movement or closure. Once assembled, inspect the fitting and surrounding hardware together, especially where there has been wear, deformation or a difficult loading event.

For workshop or refit orders, check the sales quantity as well as the size. A retail pack and a bulk listing may contain different numbers of the same style of fitting. Keep spare components labelled so pin sizes, thread forms and material grades remain easy to identify.

Use the stated material and dimensions to compare this version with the part being replaced. Thread direction, closure style and the shape of the attachment points can matter as much as overall length. Check those details against the actual assembly rather than a photograph alone.

Look at both sides of the proposed connection before choosing a rigging fitting. The opening, pin or thread must suit the adjoining components, while the body needs sufficient clearance to sit as intended. A larger nominal size is not automatically the best fit for a confined connection.
