Star brite Waterproofing with PTEF 650ml
Star brite Waterproofing with PTEF — product code 513294. Restore water repellency to compatible fabric with Star brite Waterproofing with PTEF. Listed uses include boat covers, bimini tops, sail covers, tents, clothing and other marine fabrics, including Sunbrella.
The treatment is formulated to preserve the fabric’s colour and feel. Car covers, tarps and convertible tops are also stated uses. Identify the fabric and follow the treatment directions, keeping water-repellent finishing separate from the cleaning stage.
The 650ml option provides the smaller quantity in this comparison. Check the amount required for the planned task and the application directions before selecting the pack; no coverage area is inferred from its size.
Choosing and using this product
Keep the original label and instructions with any remaining material, and follow the stated storage requirements. Note the exact product reference when matching a later maintenance purchase. Using the intended product for each stage makes the process easier to plan and repeat.
Choose the product for the stated surface and job before comparing container sizes. Cleaning, polishing, sealing and repairing are different processes, and a product intended for one material should not automatically be applied to another. Read the product label before starting the work.
Prepare the surface using the product’s own directions and check compatibility in the recommended way. Allow for any specified drying, curing or finishing stages when planning the job. Avoid adding an unsupported cure time or dilution ratio from a different product.
Check the package contents when buying a kit or repair product. Resin, hardener, cloth, applicators and preparation materials are not interchangeable, and not every listing includes a complete set. Identify any separately required items before beginning the repair.
