60w handheld Hotknife Rope Cutter
This 60 W handheld hotknife rope cutter combines cutting with heat sealing to help prevent rope ends from fraying. It is supplied with an R blade and a wire cleaning brush, giving you the specified cutting and cleaning accessories with the tool.
Check that the rope material is suitable for heat cutting before use. No supply voltage, plug type or maximum rope diameter is specified here, so confirm those details for your setup rather than assuming them from the power rating.
Choosing and using this product
Plan where the line will run and where it may contact an edge or fitting. Keep the route and end connections accessible for inspection, and follow the product’s care guidance. After use, organise the line so it can be taken out without tangling with neighbouring equipment.
When ordering several lengths, label them by diameter, construction and purpose. Colour can help distinguish stored lines, but the actual specification remains the reliable reference. Retain the product code when a later extension or replacement needs to match the original supply.
Use the stated material and any supplied load information for the intended application. A breaking-strain figure is not the same as a working-load limit for the finished arrangement. Knots, terminations, wear and the surrounding equipment need to be considered when selecting the complete system.
Measure the complete requirement before comparing coils or reels. Check whether the listing supplies a cut length, a full roll or a finished line with an end fitting. The end treatment can be an important difference when replacing an existing line.
For this version, included: R blade and wire cleaning brush. Use that specific detail when comparing the item with your existing equipment or planned installation. Other sizes and configurations in the range should be checked separately rather than treated as equivalent.
