    ### 304 Stainless Steel Sheave - 75 mm

This 304-grade stainless-steel sheave includes a bronze bush. Its diameter, width, bore and groove measurements provide the key details for comparison with an existing pulley or block assembly.

Match all four measurements rather than selecting by outside diameter alone. The bore must suit the axle, and the width must fit the housing. The groove dimension is retained as a groove measurement, not automatically converted into a maximum rope-diameter rating.

### Choosing and using this product

For workshop or refit orders, check the sales quantity as well as the size. A retail pack and a bulk listing may contain different numbers of the same style of fitting. Keep spare components labelled so pin sizes, thread forms and material grades remain easy to identify.

Plan access for assembly, adjustment and routine inspection. The connection should be arranged so adjoining parts do not prevent its intended movement or closure. Once assembled, inspect the fitting and surrounding hardware together, especially where there has been wear, deformation or a difficult loading event.

Look at both sides of the proposed connection before choosing a rigging fitting. The opening, pin or thread must suit the adjoining components, while the body needs sufficient clearance to sit as intended. A larger nominal size is not automatically the best fit for a confined connection.

Any stated breaking load describes a different condition from an allowable working load. Select the complete arrangement for its intended application using the appropriate equipment guidance. Do not derive a load rating for an unmarked component from its appearance or metal grade.

Use the stated material and dimensions to compare this version with the part being replaced. Thread direction, closure style and the shape of the attachment points can matter as much as overall length. Check those details against the actual assembly rather than a photograph alone.
