3 inch Grey Rubber Bow / Cotton Reel Roller 16mm Bore
Refresh the matching roller position on your boat trailer with this grey cotton reel roller, product 761200. Its 75mm overall length, 60mm outside diameter and 16mm bore give you the actual dimensions to compare with the existing support and pin.
The cotton-reel profile has raised ends and a narrower central section, so both the outside size and centre section matter when replacing an existing roller.
The natural rubber construction is specified as non-marking. Select the stated material and colour as well as the size when matching your existing trailer rollers.
A 16mm bore is a separate measurement from the 60mm outside diameter. Check the pin and bracket fit, along with the 75mm overall roller length, before ordering. Any matching component codes listed below identify related parts and do not mean those parts are included.
Choosing and using this product
Keep the replacement part code and the trailer’s relevant dimensions together for later maintenance. Where more than one roller or running-gear size is fitted, label the location so subsequent orders can be matched to the correct position.
Use the trailer and component instructions for installation and inspection. Check adjoining parts for wear while the assembly is accessible, and confirm the finished arrangement before returning the trailer to use. A stated load rating is a capacity figure, not the weight of the component.
Identify the trailer assembly and the exact position being serviced before selecting a replacement. Hub, axle, coupling, spring and roller components each have their own dimensions and mating requirements. A similar overall appearance does not establish that two parts will fit the same trailer.
Measure the relevant mounting points and compare all stated dimensions. For rollers, check the bore and pin as well as the outside size. For running gear or mounting hardware, check the listed pattern and assembly details against the existing setup.
