10g Cup Washer 304 Grade Stainless Steel Pack 200
Finish a suitable screw seating arrangement with this 10g cup washer. Made from 304 grade stainless steel, it provides a shaped washer option for a matching screw and fitting.
The 10g designation identifies the listed screw-gauge size. Compare the screw head and the required seat with the washer shape before ordering; a gauge number is not an outside-diameter measurement.
The raised cup profile differs from a flat washer. Allow space for that profile above the surface and check that it suits the appearance and geometry of the fitting.
Supplied in a pack of 200, this bulk option is useful when you need repeated matching fasteners or want to organise a supply of this exact size. Check the full pack quantity when comparing it with smaller prepacked versions.
Select the washer by its intended head arrangement as well as its gauge. Exact outside diameter and thickness are not supplied, so check the physical fit where those dimensions are critical.
Choosing and using this product
Before assembly, inspect the receiving thread or hole and the supporting material. A new fastener cannot correct a damaged mating thread or an enlarged mounting hole. Establish the condition of those parts before deciding whether the job is a straightforward replacement or requires further repair.
For repeated workshop jobs, keep unused stock in its labelled packaging. Recording the thread, length, head style and material together makes the next matching purchase easier and reduces the chance of substituting a superficially similar piece from another pack.
Plan tool access with the surrounding equipment in place. There may be adequate room to insert a fastener but limited space to hold the opposite end or operate the required tool. Checking both sides first helps make the installation practical to assemble and inspect.
