    ## Nylon Butt Hinges - White - 40 x 35mm

Australian-made nylon hinges with stainless steel hinge pins. Dimensions are length x width when open. Sold in pairs.

### Specifications and product details

Colour: White
Open size: 40 x 35mm
Product code: RWB2872W

### Practical movement for doors and lids

A well-matched hinge helps a door or lid follow its intended opening path without rubbing against the surrounding joinery. When replacing existing hardware, compare the leaf shape, hinge position and fixing layout as well as the overall size. The correct arrangement is particularly useful where a locker sits close to a bulkhead, cushion or adjacent fitting.

### Selection and fitting

Before fixing the hinge, offer it up to both surfaces and move the panel through its full travel. Allow room around the pivot and check that the closed panel sits evenly. Offset, separating and standard hinges serve different layouts, so retain the style required by your installation. After fitting, check the fasteners and movement periodically, especially on frequently used lockers.

The colour or finish listed above identifies this particular version. Consider it alongside the surrounding cabin or deck fittings when planning a coordinated replacement. Appearance is only one part of the choice: also compare the stated dimensions and mounting details so that the selected item suits the space as well as the desired finish.

For a refit, take measurements before removing the existing item and retain a note of its position and orientation. This gives you a useful reference when checking the replacement and helps keep related fittings aligned throughout the job.

Order Nylon Butt Hinges - White - 40 x 35mm from RHS Boating & Marine using product code RWB2872W. The specifications above identify the listed version, helping you compare it with the dimensions and equipment on your boat before placing your order.
