Nuova Rade Deluxe Storage Hatch Size B Grey
Finish an access opening with the grey Nuova Rade Deluxe Size B storage hatch. Made from UV-inhibited ASA material, this Italian hatch combines reinforced construction with a low-profile lid and recessed operating handles.
Size B uses a square footprint and two recessed handles, with equal cut-out measurements in both directions.
The lid has a non-skid surface and covers the mounting screw holes when closed, giving the fitted hatch a clean, flush appearance. A solid hinge pin supports a full 180-degree door opening, so plan enough surrounding space for the lid to move clear of the access area.
Size B may be mounted vertically or floor-mounted where it may be walked on. This floor-mounting provision applies to the two smaller sizes in the range. The neoprene seal is splashproof in vertical installations, but the hatch is not fully watertight when horizontal.
The 380 x 380mm outside dimensions and 305 x 305mm cut-out size are separate fitting references. Measure the opening and the surrounding panel area before selecting this variant. The grey finish offers an alternative to the white and black versions without changing the listed size.
Pre-drilled countersunk fastening holes are 5mm, also listed as 3/16 inch. Locks can be retrofitted if required; select a suitable lock separately rather than assuming a lock is included. Check the installed access, lid travel and fixing layout before completing the fitting, especially when replacing a hatch from another range.
