Narva 7 Pin Large Round Metal Trailer Plug Hardware Parts
Match the electrical connection on your trailer setup with this Narva 7-pin large round trailer plug. The connector format is the first selection point when replacing an existing fitting or matching a vehicle and trailer connection.
The stated electrical rating is 30A per pole at 12V. This is an individual-contact rating, not a combined current allowance for the whole trailer installation. Confirm the circuit and cable requirements when planning the connection.
This version uses a metal housing. The large-round designation matters when comparing it with other round trailer connectors; pin count alone does not establish physical fit.
Compare the mating connector, pin layout and cable entry before ordering. A replacement plug needs to match the existing wiring functions as well as the connector shape. Test the required trailer circuits after installation rather than relying on the appearance of the connection.
Choosing and using this product
Include the attachment points in routine boat inspections. Keep moving or seating surfaces clear where applicable, and follow the product’s care instructions for its material and finish. Retaining the size and part code is useful when replacing another fitting elsewhere on the boat.
Consider how the fitting will be used in the normal boat layout. Allow room for hands, tools and any intended movement, and check that it does not obstruct an access opening or another control. Offer the parts into position before marking or making permanent changes.
The listed material, finish and dimensions help you select a version that suits the job and surrounding fittings. Measure the actual location rather than relying on a familiar-looking shape. Small differences in projection or spacing can change how comfortably the completed arrangement works.
Check the mounting area as well as the visible size of the fitting. Space behind the panel, access for fixings and clearance around neighbouring hardware all affect a practical installation. For a replacement, compare the existing hole pattern before assuming the new item will cover it.
