Mechanical Hand Brake Lever 100mm Drawbar
Choose this mechanical hand brake lever for a trailer with the specified 100mm drawbar. Product 760264 is the drawbar-size variant to compare when replacing the lever in an existing mechanical brake arrangement.
Check the 100mm fitment and the existing mounting layout before ordering. Cable, coupling and other brake components are not identified as inclusions in this lever listing.
Choosing and using this product
Keep the replacement part code and the trailer’s relevant dimensions together for later maintenance. Where more than one roller or running-gear size is fitted, label the location so subsequent orders can be matched to the correct position.
Review the supplied quantity and contents before planning the job. A component-only listing, pair and complete kit can cover different amounts of the repair. Matching or related product codes identify associated parts, but do not establish that those parts are included.
Identify the trailer assembly and the exact position being serviced before selecting a replacement. Hub, axle, coupling, spring and roller components each have their own dimensions and mating requirements. A similar overall appearance does not establish that two parts will fit the same trailer.
Use the trailer and component instructions for installation and inspection. Check adjoining parts for wear while the assembly is accessible, and confirm the finished arrangement before returning the trailer to use. A stated load rating is a capacity figure, not the weight of the component.
Measure the relevant mounting points and compare all stated dimensions. For rollers, check the bore and pin as well as the outside size. For running gear or mounting hardware, check the listed pattern and assembly details against the existing setup.
Before placing the order, compare this product’s stated details with the part or installation in front of you. Keep any compatible model reference and the selected product code together. This gives you a clear reference for fitting enquiries and for matching a future replacement to the same arrangement.
