    ### LED Brass Plug Underwater Light - 1/2" NPT - White

Fit white underwater illumination through a matching threaded opening with this brass plug LED light. Part 493731 uses a rugged 1/2-inch NPT brass plug body and a clear UV-resistant polycarbonate lens.

The white output identifies this version. Check the NPT thread standard as well as the nominal half-inch size when matching it to a fitting.

The light is water cooled. It must be installed below the waterline and operated only while submerged, so the mounting position and intended use need to maintain that cooling condition.

### Choosing and using this product

Consider how the fitting will be reached for cleaning or future replacement. Retain the model reference and any compatible spare-part codes with the boat’s records. This is especially helpful when several similar-looking lights have different voltages or functions.

Choose the light around its stated purpose, power supply and mounting format. A navigation light, cabin light, work light and replacement globe serve different jobs, even when their housings look similar. Match the listed function before comparing finish or appearance.

Follow the light and boat instructions for location, orientation and electrical connection. Keep access available for maintenance, and confirm the completed installation operates as intended. Use only the stated ratings for the exact model rather than extending claims from another light in the range.

For this version, colour: White. Use that specific detail when comparing the item with your existing equipment or planned installation. Other sizes and configurations in the range should be checked separately rather than treated as equivalent.

Review the supplied contents when selecting a light or spare. Some products are complete assemblies, while others provide a lens, globe, control or mounting component only. Identify the existing model before choosing a part for a repair.
