LED All Round Light Base Mount
Keep an all-round LED light close to its mounting surface with part 492923. The base-mount format uses a 62mm black nylon base and white plastic lens, providing a compact alternative within a suitable lighting layout.
The lamp provides 360-degree illumination on a 12V-only supply. Its USCG 2 nautical mile approval and stated suitability for boats up to 12 metres are specific to this model.
Check that the chosen position gives the required visibility around the vessel. The base-mounted form is the key selection point: use the actual mounting location and surrounding obstructions when deciding whether this format suits your arrangement.
Choosing and using this product
Consider how the fitting will be reached for cleaning or future replacement. Retain the model reference and any compatible spare-part codes with the boat’s records. This is especially helpful when several similar-looking lights have different voltages or functions.
Before ordering a mounting component, check the space on both sides of the proposed location. The visible footprint, fixing access and clearance needed to remove the supported item are separate considerations. Compare those details with the existing installation so the component can be positioned usefully.
Review the supplied contents when selecting a light or spare. Some products are complete assemblies, while others provide a lens, globe, control or mounting component only. Identify the existing model before choosing a part for a repair.
Follow the light and boat instructions for location, orientation and electrical connection. Keep access available for maintenance, and confirm the completed installation operates as intended. Use only the stated ratings for the exact model rather than extending claims from another light in the range.
