Lectrotab Standard Actuator - 24V DC - 2 1/4-inch Stroke
Operate a compatible trim tab with this Lectrotab electromechanical actuator. The self-contained, non-hydraulic design uses a permanently sealed non-metallic housing, without a hydraulic pump, reservoir or oil circuit for the actuator.

Choose the exact voltage and stroke version before planning the installation. Bolt-to-bolt length, stroke and vertical mounting clearance are different measurements, and the mounting geometry changes with the bracket and transom angle.
Do not reverse the top bracket. Check the current installation drawing against the actual transom and plate mounting point, retaining the required tab clearance. A short actuator provides a different stroke and installation envelope from the standard model.
Bennett replacement compatibility is dimensional only. Converting from a hydraulic system also requires the appropriate Lectrotab control and electrical arrangement; a matching ram size does not make the existing hydraulic switch circuit suitable.
Stroke time describes the actuator’s travel cycle, whereas the bolt-to-bolt length describes its installed body span. Keep both distinct from the vertical clearance figures. The stated tab deflection applies at the standard mounting point, so a different mounting geometry needs verification rather than assuming the same angle.
