    ### Johnson Wash Down Pump - WD5.2 - 12v

Choose Johnson Wash Down Pump - WD5.2 - 12v for a water system that matches its 12 V supply and specified connections. This variant provides 20Lpm - 5.2GPM capacity. Compare the pressure, current or fuse requirement and available mounting space when selecting the pump.

The Aqua Jet washdown pump operates with a 70 psi pressure cut-off and is supplied with a trigger nozzle, PUMProtector inlet strainer and hose connections. BSP and NPT connection options are included, as detailed below.

The WD3.5 and WD5.2 versions differ in capacity and housing dimensions. Select the actual model and voltage rather than assuming that pumps in the same family share electrical requirements.

Read the voltage, flow and pressure figures together. The electrical rating identifies the correct version, while the connection sizes identify the plumbing interfaces; neither can be selected from the model name alone.

Check the full installation space, including room for fittings and hose bends. Leave service access around the pump and strainer rather than measuring only the bare pump housing. Follow the pump instructions for mounting, electrical protection and commissioning.

The included connections cover 3/8-inch BSP with 1/2-inch hose, 1/2-inch NPT with 3/4-inch hose, and a 3/4-inch garden-hose connection. Match each interface to the correct side of the installation rather than treating BSP and NPT as interchangeable thread forms. The trigger nozzle and inlet strainer are supplied components; check any additional hose length required for the washdown area separately.

The inlet strainer provides a transparent inspection point for the water entering the pump. Position that component where the cover can be checked and removed, rather than leaving it concealed behind the motor or inaccessible plumbing.
