Johnson 1000GPH Ultima Bilge Pump 12v
Choose the 12v 1000GPH Ultima Bilge Pump 12v for a marine bilge installation that matches its hose size, capacity and electrical requirements. Product 184084 uses a 3/4” connection; the detailed flow figures below let you compare the pump at the stated test conditions.
Flow reduces as pumping head increases. Compare the zero-head figure with the rated output at the listed lift rather than treating the model name as the delivered flow at every installation. The test voltage is also relevant when comparing pump capacities.
The integrated electronic float switch provides automatic operation in one compact assembly. Its housing dimensions help you assess mounting room and service access.
Both straight and 90-degree smooth-elbow Dura-Port discharge fittings are included, together with a removable check valve. Choose the outlet direction that suits the hose route while retaining access for cleaning.
Check the 12v supply, specified fuse and current draw together when selecting the electrical arrangement. Match the discharge hose to the 3/4” connection and leave room to service the pump after it is fitted.
For comparison, capacity Zero Head (13.6v): 64Lpm - 1000GPH, while capacity at 1.0m Head (13.6v): 44Lpm - 700GPH. These two operating points show why the hose route and lift need to be considered with the capacity. Use the rated point relevant to the installation when narrowing the pump choice.
The automatic sensing function is already integrated in this Ultima version. Compare it with a non-automatic cartridge pump by the control arrangement as well as capacity, particularly when replacing a pump connected to existing external switching.
