In-line Fuel Filter to suit 3/8” fuel lines
This disposable inline fuel filter is sized for 3/8-inch fuel lines. Its clear vial lets you inspect trapped contaminants and view the condition of fuel within the filter without treating an opaque casing as a visual check.
Choose the hose connection size for the actual fuel line. This disposable format is distinct from the replaceable-element universal kit; no separate service element is specified for this code.
A clear housing provides a visual inspection aid, not an independent measure of water separation or filtration efficiency. No micron rating or diesel compatibility is assigned to this filter.
Choosing and using this product
Review the listed contents before planning the job. A connector, hose assembly, primer bulb and tank each cover a different part of the system. Determine which adjoining components are already present and which are expressly included with this product.
This is a targeted replacement purchase, so keep the parent equipment reference beside the part number while checking the order. If several similar assemblies are fitted aboard, identify the relevant position as well. That distinction helps ensure the part is ordered for the equipment actually being serviced.
Match the component to the fuel system and the exact connection being serviced. Hose size, thread form and engine-side or tank-side fitting style can differ between otherwise similar products. Use the stated model references rather than relying on a familiar connector shape.
Retain the part code and any compatible equipment references with the boat’s maintenance records. That makes later filter or hose replacements easier to identify. When several engines or tanks are involved, label spare parts so different connector styles are not confused.
Use the relevant equipment instructions for the installation and inspection of the fuel system. Keep connections accessible and check the completed arrangement before returning it to service. Confirm the intended fluid application for each component.
