    ### GME AE312H Ground-Dependent Antenna and Base - 600mm - 27MHz

Fit the 600 mm AE312H only where the required metallic ground-plane arrangement can be provided. This 27 MHz antenna-and-base package uses stainless steel components and needs contact with a suitable metal surface. Its ground-dependent design is a crucial distinction from the AE346 range.

The base needs contact with a metallic ground plane, such as steel or aluminium, of approximately 0.5 square metres or more. That installation condition is a defining feature of the AE312 family and should be checked before purchasing it for a non-metallic mounting location.

Keep the antenna cable away from transducer wiring and other likely sources of electrical interference, following the equipment guidance.
