Galvanised Square U-Bolt 12 x 125mm 100mm Width Pack 2
Match your trailer-frame fixing with this galvanised square U-bolt, using the 12mm rod diameter, 125mm leg-length dimension and 100mm internal width to narrow down the correct size. Product 761454P is supplied in a blister pack of two U-bolts, complete with hex nuts and washers.
The threaded section is 45mm long. The 110mm L2 measurement identifies the fixing-centre spacing shown for this size, which should be checked against the receiving plate or bracket. Comparing the width, length and thread together is more useful than choosing by rod diameter alone.
The two-piece pack is useful when the job calls for a matched pair of this exact fixing size. Confirm the square bend profile and all mounting dimensions against the trailer components before fitting. No working load or tightening torque is assigned to this U-bolt in the supplied specifications.
Choosing and using this product
Use the trailer and component instructions for installation and inspection. Check adjoining parts for wear while the assembly is accessible, and confirm the finished arrangement before returning the trailer to use. A stated load rating is a capacity figure, not the weight of the component.
Measure the relevant mounting points and compare all stated dimensions. For rollers, check the bore and pin as well as the outside size. For running gear or mounting hardware, check the listed pattern and assembly details against the existing setup.
Review the supplied quantity and contents before planning the job. A component-only listing, pair and complete kit can cover different amounts of the repair. Matching or related product codes identify associated parts, but do not establish that those parts are included.
