Bring anchor retrieval closer to the surface with the small Ezy Lift anchor lifting clip. This Australian-made stainless steel device uses the movement of a powered boat together with the buoyancy and drag of a float buoy to lift the anchor and chain. The small clip is sized for 8mm and 10mm anchor rope, making rope diameter the key detail when choosing this variant.
The special one-way clip lets rope pass in one direction and retains the retrieved rope so the anchor does not simply drop back down. Once the anchor reaches the surface, the buoy supports it while the boat returns to collect the loose rope and retrieve the anchor. This approach reduces the amount of heavy anchor and chain that must be hauled directly from depth.
Less direct hauling when recovering your anchor
The clip can be used with all anchor types on powered craft up to approximately 40 feet long. It does not require an anchor winch. Those broad suitability details still need to be considered alongside the rope diameter and the weight of the anchor-and-chain combination, because the buoy must be able to support that equipment at the surface.
This product is the clip only. A buoy is not included. When using your own buoy, attach it securely with rope 300mm from the clip and select a buoy with enough support for both the anchor and chain. Check the complete arrangement before operating it, rather than treating the clip as a complete retrieval kit.
