Easterner Plug In Pole Light Base Only
Replace the mounting base of a compatible Easterner plug-in pole light with part 497310. This base-only component has a 55mm diameter black nylon body, a stainless steel cover and a rubber sealing plug.
The diameter and cover arrangement help identify this version when comparing it with the existing fitting. Check the pole connection and mounting footprint before ordering. This item is the mounting base, so select the pole light separately if a complete assembly is required.
Choosing and using this product
Follow the light and boat instructions for location, orientation and electrical connection. Keep access available for maintenance, and confirm the completed installation operates as intended. Use only the stated ratings for the exact model rather than extending claims from another light in the range.
Consider how the fitting will be reached for cleaning or future replacement. Retain the model reference and any compatible spare-part codes with the boat’s records. This is especially helpful when several similar-looking lights have different voltages or functions.
Choose the light around its stated purpose, power supply and mounting format. A navigation light, cabin light, work light and replacement globe serve different jobs, even when their housings look similar. Match the listed function before comparing finish or appearance.
Check the available mounting space and cable access. For a replacement, compare the footprint and fixing arrangement with the existing installation. A pole-mounted version also needs the correct base and enough clearance in its intended position.
Review the supplied contents when selecting a light or spare. Some products are complete assemblies, while others provide a lens, globe, control or mounting component only. Identify the existing model before choosing a part for a repair.
