Easterner Plug In Pole Light Base Only – 497314
Select the two-pin, 16-degree angled Easterner plug-in pole-light base for an installation that uses this connection format. Part 497314 combines a black nylon body with a rubber sealing plug.
Both the pin arrangement and angle matter when matching an existing pole light. Compare those details with the current mounting position and pole assembly. This is a base-only component, intended for a compatible plug-in light rather than a complete illuminated pole.
Choosing and using this product
Consider how the fitting will be reached for cleaning or future replacement. Retain the model reference and any compatible spare-part codes with the boat’s records. This is especially helpful when several similar-looking lights have different voltages or functions.
Choose the light around its stated purpose, power supply and mounting format. A navigation light, cabin light, work light and replacement globe serve different jobs, even when their housings look similar. Match the listed function before comparing finish or appearance.
Follow the light and boat instructions for location, orientation and electrical connection. Keep access available for maintenance, and confirm the completed installation operates as intended. Use only the stated ratings for the exact model rather than extending claims from another light in the range.
Review the supplied contents when selecting a light or spare. Some products are complete assemblies, while others provide a lens, globe, control or mounting component only. Identify the existing model before choosing a part for a repair.
Check the available mounting space and cable access. For a replacement, compare the footprint and fixing arrangement with the existing installation. A pole-mounted version also needs the correct base and enough clearance in its intended position.
Before placing the order, compare this product’s stated details with the part or installation in front of you. Keep any compatible model reference and the selected product code together. This gives you a clear reference for fitting enquiries and for matching a future replacement to the same arrangement.
