    ### Compact Marine Trumpet Horn - Dual, 12V, 225/290mm, 105dB

This compact 12V marine trumpet horn provides a dual-trumpet format with a 105dB sound rating. The 225mm and 290mm trumpets give you a useful starting point when comparing available mounting space.

Chrome-plated plastic and stainless steel trumpet horn with stainless fastenings and a rubber mounting pad.

### Choosing and using this product

Construction combines chrome-plated plastic and stainless steel, with stainless fastenings and a rubber mounting pad supplied. The combination provides the specified materials and mounting items in one horn package. Check the chosen position against the horn layout before committing to a mounting surface or cable route.

The two trumpet lengths need to be considered together when planning the installation. Allow space for the longer horn and check the arrangement of the pair against nearby fittings. If replacing a single horn, inspect the available footprint rather than assuming the existing mounting position will accommodate the dual version.

Confirm that the intended circuit supplies 12V before ordering. For the electrical installation, follow the horn instructions and have wiring, switching and circuit protection selected for the actual cable run. Plan access to the connections so future inspection does not require unnecessary removal of surrounding equipment.

As practical fitting advice, inspect the mounting surface and check behind it before drilling. Position the supplied rubber mounting pad as directed in the installation instructions, and consider how the horn will sit alongside existing deck or cabin fittings. Keep the area around the horn accessible for routine checks.

The 105dB rating is a useful product comparison detail. Choose the complete signalling arrangement against the requirements of the vessel and intended use. After installation, test operation as directed and include the horn in normal pre-departure equipment checks so the fitted unit remains ready when required.

For a cabin-top layout, consider how both trumpets sit beside existing fittings and where their cable will run. A trial arrangement before drilling is useful when replacing a smaller horn or reorganising the mounting area.
