    ### Chrome-Brass Fuel Fitting | For Suzuki over 75HP Male Tank, 13mm | Marine

Chrome-Brass Fuel Connector - Suzuki over 75HP Male Tank, 13mm (RWB4693) provides the specified connection for a matching outboard fuel system. Chrome-plated brass fuel fitting. Not recommended for ethanol-blended fuel.

Connector size: 13mm. Tank thread: 1/4-inch NPT.

### Choosing and using this product

Identify both sides of the connection before selecting this fitting. Check the engine family, model year where applicable, and whether the part belongs at the tank or motor end. Similar-looking outboard connectors can have different locking arrangements or sealing faces. Compare the existing mating fitting directly with the specified application; a matching engine brand alone is not enough to confirm that every tank and hose combination will fit.

Where a hose size is listed, it refers to the hose inside diameter unless the specification explicitly identifies a connector measurement. Match the barb to the actual fuel hose rather than choosing by its outside diameter. For a threaded tank fitting, verify the thread type as well as its nominal size. Do not force a connector or threaded adaptor that does not engage correctly, as this can damage the mating component.

Check fuel compatibility across the complete assembly, including the hose, primer bulb, seals and connectors. A suitable replacement fitting cannot change the fuel rating of another component already in the line. Before working on the system, stop the engine, remove ignition sources and follow the engine and tank instructions. Keep open fuel connections clean and use suitable containment for any fuel released during disconnection.

After installation, check that the connector locks securely and that the hose is supported without pulling sideways on the fitting. Inspect for leakage during priming and before starting the engine. If the connection leaks or does not latch properly, stop and correct the cause rather than relying on extra force. Recheck the connection during routine fuel-system inspections, particularly after the tank or engine has been moved.
